Member companies of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) have created a directory of drug companies who provide medications to physicians at minimal cost for patients who could not otherwise afford them. The directory can be found at www.phrma.org/patients

Under each company listed on this web site is information about the eligibility guidelines, which prescription medicines are covered, and the procedures for accessing their programs. Obtaining prescriptions through these companies requires the cooperation of the patient's physician as once eligibility has been determined, the medications are sent to the physician and not to the individual.
