Locks of Love

Hair loss in children can be devastating. For children who suffer hair loss due to alopecia areata, chemotherapy or other conditions, free and low-cost hairpieces can help rebuild self-esteem.

Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that uses donated hair to create hairpieces for children with long-term or permanent hair loss. The hairpieces are provided free of charge or on a sliding scale. A similar organization that also makes hairpieces is Wigs for Kids.
