OASIS (Oklahoma Areawide Services Information System) is the statewide information and referral service for
Oklahomans, including families with children with special needs.
By calling 800-426-2747 or, in the OKC Metro Area, 271-6302, parents can receive help locating a variety of services
for children with disabilities and special health care needs, as well as well-baby and child check ups,
immunizations, and other maternal and child health services throughout the state. OASIS also has information on
respite providers for children and adults with disabilities and family and peer support groups. In addition, OASIS
has a Parent Contact System where parents can be linked to other parents of children with similar conditions.
OASIS can be reached Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
OASIS is a program of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Department of Pediatrics, funded in part
by the Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant.
