The State of Oklahoma has a program called SoonerCare that provides health insurance to children through 17 years of age who are presently uninsured. Covered services include regular check-ups and immunizations, school and sports physicals, vision and hearing testing, medications, hospital visits, and more.

It is important to remember that these numbers are approximate, and that eligibility is affected by other factors as well. If your family income is slightly more than the amounts on the chart, your children may still qualify.
